PatchPDF minimizes what leaves your browser and excludes document content from product analytics.
Encrypted connections
Information sent for an edit travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Temporary editing sessions
Each editing session uses temporary access credentials. No account or cloud document history is created.
No document content in analytics
Analytics excludes PDF names, text, selections, instructions, prompts, and responses.
Operational monitoring
Operational logs are retained only as needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.

Current limitations
What PatchPDF does not claim.
PatchPDF has not completed an independent security audit and does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance, end-to-end encryption, or zero retention. Provider certifications are not PatchPDF certifications.
Do not use the hosted editor for documents containing
highly sensitive identity, health, or financial account information.
